IMPORTANT SAFETY & ADULT SUPERVISION NOTICE:
Ride-on Toys (Scooters, Pedal/Electric Cars): Must be assembled by an adult. Always use proper protective
gear (helmets, knee/elbow pads). Ride-on toys must never be used on public roads, near motor vehicles, steep
slopes, or swimming pools.
Bubble Toys & Solutions: Bubble liquids are strictly non-toxic but not for internal consumption. Avoid direct
contact with eyes. Adult supervision is required for toddlers.
Ball & Sports Equipment: Inspect items for wear or punctures prior to use. Ensure adequate clear outdoor
space free of obstacles or hazards.
We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from improper assembly, failure to use protective
gear, or lack of adult supervision.

4. ACCURACY OF PRICING, PRODUCTS & ORDERS
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or
discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products ( ride-on
models, bubble toys, sports balls) that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's
display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities
purchased per person, per household or per order.
