Protection legislation.
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving the items, without giving any
reason (EU Right of Withdrawal / Cooling-off period).

2. GENERAL RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return under our standard policy, the item must meet the following general conditions:
The return must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, manuals,
and accessories attached.
Proof of purchase (order number, sales receipt, or confirmation email) must be provided.

3. CATEGORY-SPECIFIC RETURN GUIDELINES
Because we specialize in outdoor play products, specific conditions apply depending on the product

usage. Must be re-packed in original structural box with all protective padding and

Liquid bottles and bubble solution seals must be unopened and factory-sealed due to

health and safety regulations. Opened, used, or unsealed liquid solutions are non-
returnable.

(Play balls, sports
sets, inflatable items)

Inflatable items must be uninflated and in original folded condition. Items used outdoors
showing soil, grass stains, or punctures cannot be returned under change-of-mind.

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] with your Order ID, clear
photos of the item, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once approved, we will send you detailed return instructions and the
designated return shipping address. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
Ship the Package: Securely package the item in its original box. We strongly recommend using a
trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. SHIPPING COSTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Change-of-Mind Returns: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping
costs are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product,
notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or arrange a free
replacement/refund.

6. REFUNDS & INSPECTION PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse quality team:
We will send an email notification confirming receipt of your item and the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business
days.
Original delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable except in cases of defective goods or statutory
EU withdrawal within 14 days where standard shipping was selected.
