Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and Belgian
public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 14:00 (CET) will begin processing the same business day.
Peak Season Notice: During peak holiday seasons or major promotions, order handling times may extend by
1–2 business days. You will receive an email notification if significant delays occur.

4. SPECIAL PACKAGING GUIDELINES FOR OUTDOOR TOYS
To ensure your products arrive in pristine condition, we apply specialized packaging tailored to each product type:
Ride-on Toys (Cars, Scooters): Shipped in reinforced, heavy-duty corrugated boxes with internal foam
protection to prevent frame scratches or transit damage. Oversized parcels may require signature upon
delivery.
Bubble Toys & Liquid Solutions: Sealed with leak-proof protective sleeves and bubble wrap to ensure zero
leakage during transport.

Ball Toys & Sports Play: Inflatable balls (soccer, basketball, playground balls) are shipped deflated or partially
inflated in protective polybags to optimize shipping efficiency and prevent puncture.

5. ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your
tracking number and a link to trace your package in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to
update on the carrier's portal.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
For shipments within Belgium and the European Union, all applicable VAT and sales taxes are included at
checkout with no extra hidden fees upon delivery. For international orders outside the EU, the recipient is
responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes levied by the destination country.

7. DAMAGED, LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
Inspect Upon Receipt: If your shipment arrives damaged, please document the package with photos/videos and
contact us within 48 hours at [email protected].
If a carrier marks your package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or local
postal offices before contacting us. We will assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
